Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused days are prorated.
Each time GetIntent generates a personalized variant for a unique visitor session counts as one AI personalization. Edge-cached responses (repeat visitors with the same intent) do not count against your quota.
Annual billing costs 10 times the monthly price, so you get 12 months for the price of 10: two months free. The annual price is charged once a year at checkout. Agency is billed monthly only, because its usage-based overage is billed monthly.
Every account starts free — no credit card required. Upgrade to a paid plan when you're ready, and downgrade or cancel anytime.
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your quota. If you exceed the limit, your original page content shows as a graceful fallback — visitors always see a valid page. You can upgrade any time to restore personalization.
GetIntent rewrites the text on landing pages you already have. It does not personalize images, layout or product recommendations, it is not a landing-page builder, it needs a site that can load a third-party JavaScript snippet, and it does not include heatmaps or session recordings.
It is built not to. The pixel loads asynchronously and does not block rendering, and personalized copy is cached per browser tab, so later page views in the same session are rewritten from the cache. The text is swapped in place with a short fade once the page has loaded, so visitors may briefly see your original copy, which also stays if personalization fails.
GetIntent processes visitor data under the GDPR as your data processor (see our DPA). The visitor script sets no cookies, IP addresses are truncated before storage, and data is shared only with the subprocessors we list. Full details are on our Security page.
